Reiki?

Reiki is a hands-on healing and relaxation practice for connecting universal energy with the body’s innate powers of healing.

Reiki originated with Mikao Usui in Japan in the 1920s. He tapped into the energetic healing properties and witnessed miracles. He then traveled and shared this capability with others. Kim is the 4th line from Usui in her education, and is a level II practitioner.

How can Reiki help me?

Reiki provides a means of refueling the body’s energy in order to restore balance to physical, mental, or emotional ailments. In doing so, Reiki shifts the mind and body back into a state of homeostasis where natural healing mechanisms can occur.

Clients state improvements in quality of sleep, energy levels, stress management, and bodily aches and pains.
