About me:

I have been a registered nurse for 17 years while suffering from chronic debilitating migraines. After reaching the end of my rope with every Western medicine approach imaginable, I have discovered many alternative healing methods that provide relief. It has been a long road - pain can take a toll on the body not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I am constantly seeking strategies to become the healthiest version of myself, which puts me in a great place to help others do the same. In addition to working in healthcare, my training has included becoming certified as a Yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I presently use all these techniques for my personal health, and am passionate about sharing what I have learned! I have discovered that we have the power to manage pain and inflammation much more effectively with consistent mindful movement, stress relief practices, nutrition, adequate sleep, and more. I would love the opportunity to work alongside you to reach your health goals and empower change so that you can feel your best into longevity!

Your health is multidimensional and unique to you. My goal as a health coach is to offer guidance and support to help you regain control over your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. We can achieve this through 1-on-1 Health Coaching that focuses on setting a series of small attainable goals with an accountability method that works best for you. If you are looking to dive deeper and explore further dimensions of mind, spirit, and breath, we can include private Yoga and Reiki sessions designed for stress relief.
